EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery at store@zolajesus.com.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.
Exceptions — No right of withdrawal applies to:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g. items made to order)
- Sealed audio recordings (vinyl) that have been unsealed after delivery
- Digital downloads once accessed
All Other Customers (US & Rest of World) All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of defective or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
