Shipping Policy
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Zola Jesus is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic (US) Standard shipping rates apply. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
International (EU & Rest of World) We ship internationally via USPS. Estimated delivery times:
- USPS First Class International: 7–21 business days
- USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3–5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
